Only a Few Weeks Left to Enter Writing Contests

The poetry contest is named the Janet Dee Wullner-Faiss Memorial Prize for Poetry. Janet served on the Mill's board for a few years, wrote poetry, attended Mill classes, and was a force for the arts in the Fox Cities. She passed away in August of 2017. Read more about Janet here.
The short fiction contest is called the Christopher Kunz Memorial Prize for Short Fiction. Chris was a long-time Mill board member, its webmaster for several years, and an author himself, publishing four books in the last four months of his life. Chris also had a stellar record of community service. He passed away in late June of 2020. Read more about him here.
The winners of each contest will each be awarded a $200 prize. Judges may name a finalist and an honorable mention. There is no theme for either contest or entry fee.
